Free Image & Photo editing software
A good number of my clients come to me with very little knowledge about computers, and computer applications. They can do basic task in Microsoft Word and thus can use the WYSIWYG Editor in the website to update their content.
Problems arise when they wish to put a photo in the page. They both lack the technical knowledge to manipulate their images and, more over, they lack any software for performing such actions. So you get an idea, most only have Microsoft Paint which is included as standard in Windows.
The solution
Paint.NET is free image and photo editing software for computers that run Windows. It features an intuitive and innovative user interface with support for layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools. An active and growing online community provides friendly help, tutorials, and plugins.
This is a small, light-weight application that seems to run well on even our oldest of computers. It’s feature set impressed us immediately. We are used to using Adobe Photoshop CS, and while that is out of the budget for most users this little gem is 100% free.
Head on over to pain.net now and download it. Fire it up and have a play. We’ll be adding more articles later with basic tutorials for its use.

Talk about fun photo editing. I have come through deefunia.com where they have free online fun photo creator. It’s easy and Only 3 clicks, I can see the newly created photo which I’m inside.. I like it because it can process my photo pretty fast without the knowledge of adobe photoshop.
